Initiate Return
Log in to your Alpinestars account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Package
Place the items in their original protective packaging and include all tags, manuals, and the printed RMA form inside the box to ensure faster processing.
Ship Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the gear, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange items within 5-7 business days.
